2020 Mailbox Peak

Dark plum colors combine with aromas of baker's chocolate, bing cherries, stargazer lilies, and hints of red licorice...but clearly Twizzlers, not Red Vines. On the palate, the wine delivers raspberry preserves, rainier cherries, young, tart plum with cigar box, and dry cedar shavings. This wine makes us reminisce about running through a sprinkler on a lazy summer day while the juice of a freshly picked plum runs down our chin.
