2019 Resolution Peaks

The 2019 Resolution Peaks has an expressive nose with blackberry, floral notes, maple, and a woodsy spice, like an urban foraged hipster salad. On the palate the wine is, as noted by one expert taster, "juicy in the jowels" with sweet vanilla and blueberry, and dark chocolate covered cherries. It finished very dry, but not overly tannic. Another, equally "expert" taster simply said, "this wine is begging for a piece of meat".
