We're thrilled to invite you to a special Mother's Day Brunch at the Pearl & Stone Tasting Room - a heartfelt celebration of the wonderful mothers in our lives.  

Date: Sunday, May 11th
Time: 11am-1pm
Location: Pearl & Stone Tasting Room

Our talented chef, Isabel Myers, has created a beautiful five course menu featuring the freshest local ingredients, thoughtfully paired with our finest Pearl & Stone wines. Isabel is a graduate of the Seattle Culinary Institute. Her culinary background in fine dining and Spanish cuisine, paired with a passion for hyper-seasonal produce, promises a brunch full of vibrant flavors and creativity.  

One of our winemakers will be pouring our wines and sharing stories about the grapes, vineyards, and winemaking process.

Here's our planned seasonal five-course menu and exquisite wine pairings:

(subject to change based on market fresh ingredients)

First Course:
Gravlax Crostini with Herbed Crème Fraiche, Red Onions, and Chives paired with 2023 Unemployment Beach.

Second Course:
Radicchio and Beet Salad with Smoked Blue Cheese and Candied Pistachios paired with 2024 Old Rickety

Third Course:
Onion and Sage Tart with Spring Greens paired with 2021 Boulder Loop

Fourth Course: 
Polenta Cake with Chorizo Chips, Soft Boiled Egg, and Herb Sauce paired with 2022 The Fritz

Fifth Course:
Chocolate Truffles with Citrus paired with Big Eddy
