Pearl & Stone is conveniently located in downtown historic North Bend, only 30 miles from Seattle and 14 miles from Issaquah.
Our tasting room is the perfect place to host your next birthday party, baby shower or corporate team building event. We can accommodate groups in our tasting room space, where you will have full use of our main room, heated & covered patio, and our two tasting room jail cells – yes, these were actual police station cells at one time! Please inquire for space capacities.

Entire Facility Event Rental Reservation Availability
Event rentals are easiest outside of our tasting room’s regular business hours. Available days and times:
Monday and Tuesday- 9am to 10pm
Wednesday and Thursday – before 2pm or after 7pm
Friday – before 2pm or after 8pm
Saturday –before 12pm or after 8pm
Sunday- before 12pm or after 7pm

Event Rental Rates
Minimum 2-hour rental
-$100/hr non-business hours
-$300/hr business hours Wed/ Thu/Sun
-$500/hr business hours Fri/Sat
Additional hours - $100/hour (assessed at 15 minutes past the hour)
One check, 20% gratuity included.
Pearl & Stone WINE CLUB MEMBERS receive club discount on rental, wine and food charges. (Gratuity on pre-discounted total.)
Minimum Wine Purchase:
0-2 hour Event – 1 case
2-4 hour Event – 2 cases
Wine cases may be mixed. Additional wine may be purchased throughout event, and leftover wine is yours to take. All glassware provided.
Other Beverage Options:
Local beers from Volition Brewing Co., No Boat Brewing and Dru Bru Brewing Co.
Non-alcoholic beverages (Poppi soda and sparkling water)
Food Options:
Charcuterie boards ($25/person), Caprese Platter ($18/person), Herbes de Provence Roasted Nuts ($6/person) and Barrel of Chips ($3 Regular/$5 Truffle) available
Guests may bring in outside food. All service ware must be provided by guest.
Catering space is available upon request for an additional fee. Preferred catering suggestions available.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel within 7 days prior to the event, the half of the event fee will be collected.
Gallery Room Rentals at Pearl and Stone Tasting Room
Looking for the perfect spot to host an intimate gathering? Our Gallery Room at Pearl and Stone Tasting Room is a cozy and stylish space ideal for small events, holding up to 20 guests. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, corporate meeting, or casual get-together with friends, we’ve got you covered!
Rental Rates:
- Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday: $150 per hour
- Friday and Saturday: $250 per hour
- A 6-bottle minimum wine purchase is required with every rental.
- Automatic 20% gratuity (gratuity is calculated before any discounts are applied)

- Thursday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Your rental must take place during these business hours, so plan accordingly!
Food and Drink Options: You’re welcome to bring in your own food, or you can order from our in-house menu:
- Charcuterie board: $25
- Baked Brie platter: $18
- Nuts: $6
- Chips: $3 (regular) or $5 (truffle)
All beverages must be purchased through us, and we require a minimum purchase of 6 bottles of wine per rental. No outside alcohol is permitted.

o Poppi Soda: $4
o Sparkling Water: $3
Decorating and Setup: Feel free to personalize the space! You can decorate the Gallery Room with items applied using tape only (no nails, tacks, or adhesives that could damage the walls). Please note that glitter is not allowed.
Cleaning Up: We ask that you leave the space just as you found it. You’re responsible for taking out your trash and making sure everything is clean and tidy.
Cancellations: Please cancel at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations not made within 7 days will require payment of the full rental fee plus the purchase of six bottles of wine.
